I have not had a cigarette in for many years. The most terrible thing concerning giving up is going to be starting week. Virtually all that is on my mind is cigarette smoking. I don’t wish to smoke and if perhaps somebody offered a cigarette today, I’d not accept. I am in a fairly depressing state of mind and have had trouble attempting to sleep but yet I know I should be tough. The smokeless cigarette may make it easier in the end.
